Return and Refund Policy

At Healthy Naturals, we offer quality Ayurveda products to provide 100% satisfaction. However, sometimes due to some situations, the client doesn’t feel satisfied with our products. In case, if you feel the same about our products, then get in touch with our support team to get the appropriate solution to your problem.

If you are willing to return any unworn product under any circumstances, then you can return with the receipt. In you feel there is a quality issue from our end, then you can return it within the 14 days of purchase with the receipt. If your order has been misplaced or damaged then, you must send the request within 2 working days with receipt of purchase. 

Note: if you have purchased Healthy Naturals product form the third party retailer, then you must return the product to your place of purchase.

Conditions of Refund

Please carefully read the below conditions. If the mentioned conditions are not met then we have the full right to refuse the refund request:

•    All the products of returns must be in good condition, in their original box along with all the packing materials and accessories.

•    The company is not responsible for the loss of personal data.

•    The company is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage to the product: we are only providing value to our products.

•    In case if you have received the wrong order from our end, then you must file a complaint within the 48 hours. 

Replacement/ Refund

•    Once we have received your order product, we will send it for the quality check.

•    In case if you ask for the replacement of the product, then we would deliver the product without any additional charges. However, if the requested product is not in the stock, then refund will be provided.

•    In case of refund, the same process will be followed and refund will be provided once the verification team certifies the product.
